Aftercare
Our treatment of young women and their families does not end at discharge. Whether a student is returning home or entering an alternate living situation, we establish a supportive network to provide security, continued education, and long-term guidance.
We prepare young women for happy and healthy lives. An individual aftercare plan is created as part of each student's treatment. This plan is designed to ensure that transition back into family life is effective and all future aspects are addressed. We do everything possible to provide on-going support to our students as they strive to integrate into their community as responsible and productive individuals.
As a young woman nears program graduation, the academic director and therapists organize detailed aftercare arrangements based on resources in the student's community. Our young women are encouraged to keep in touch with their therapist, case manager, teachers, and staff. Case managers check-in with students and their families routinely following discharge.
With ongoing support young women that graduate Falcon Ridge Ranch are able to meet everyday situations with success. Students complete our program with the confidence and skills they need to interact with others and problem-solve efficiently. Reuniting families is our purpose and our passion.
